Offshore call center service review meeting agenda
Keep a service review focused on customer outcomes, open risks, quality evidence, and decisions that need an owner.
Open with the promises that were met or missed, then review waiting work, repeat contacts, escalations, and a small set of quality examples. Numbers should point to a decision or a question, not fill the meeting by themselves.
Separate facts from proposed changes. For each issue, name the owner, evidence needed, customer impact, and date for checking the result. Keep unrelated staffing or product discussions in their proper forum.
Close with a short decision log and confirm what the customer-facing team will be told. The next meeting should begin by checking whether those actions changed the outcome.
