Localization is more than replacing words. Mark the sentences that carry a promise, a required disclosure, a verification step, or a restriction. Those meanings must remain stable while examples, rhythm, and idioms become easier for the intended audience to understand.

Read the script aloud with realistic turns and interruptions. Shorten formal phrases, remove ambiguous pronouns, and identify terms that customers use differently from internal teams. Keep one approved version for each supported language and channel.

Test localized scripts against the same sample cases. Review comprehension, accuracy, tone, and correct escalation together; natural language is valuable only when the customer receives the right next step.
