Offshore call center customer feedback loop
Turn customer comments into categorized findings, named owners, and service changes that can be checked later.
Collect feedback close to the interaction and preserve the customer’s words without treating every comment as a complete diagnosis. Add the request type, outcome, channel, and whether the issue was resolved.
Group findings into answer quality, access, wait, handoff, policy, and product themes. Give each recurring theme an owner and a decision date; a feedback log without ownership becomes an archive rather than a control.
Close the loop by checking the changed answer, queue rule, or communication. Report what changed and what remains open so managers can distinguish an acknowledged complaint from a solved cause.
